Dec. 2018 Update
I'm trying out heavier double braid on Jasmine. It is more rigid and so far I like the older Robline style single braid better.

Other activities going on over the holiday break include rebuilding the boat trailer cross bars with new Aluminum ones.

Hobie 20 Mainsheet Replacement

Having served me well since 2010, it is time for a new mainsheet on Jasmine.
The manual calls out 38 Feet of "Yale Lite - Red" Line.
Not sure if that was followed on mine, and I think mine is closer to 7/16" double braid of some kind.
It is light blue flecked with two purple hashes in a repeating pattern.

Update:
I had some 3/8 Red line from the Hobie 18 lying around which I eventually used.

I also found this "3mm Fork Terminal" from Harbor Freight which is very useful for wire rope.
